Replacement And Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund or exchange using the contact page at the bottom within the conditions described below.

Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

Replacement Policy

Our replacement policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the receipt of your parcel, we unfortunately cannot offer you a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Replaceable Items

Certain goods are exempt from being replaced. Non-replaceable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

Replacement Requirements

To process your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your replacement request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a replacement credit equal to the value of the item. Once the returned item is received, a replacement certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the replacement credit to the purchaser and notify them of the process.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item for replacement. These costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
